Blanchester Elects New Mayor
After serving on the Blanchester Council for the past 10 years, Chad Hollon was elected mayor of Blanchester Tuesday, Nov 6, 2007. Hollon defeated John Smith by a vote of 577 to 160 and will be replacing outgoing Mayor Tom White. He has also served as vice-mayor in the village for the past two years. He plans to work closely with every elected official and employee of the village and focus on the village's growth.
